Position Overview
As a Recruiting Account Manager, you'll work closely with agency owners and candidates throughout the hiring process. You'll help source qualified talent, coordinate interviews, manage client relationships, and support recruiting initiatives that lead to successful hires.

This role combines elements of recruiting, account management, lead generation, and customer relationship management in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for client openings
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with business owners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers
  • Conduct outreach activities to identify prospective clients and hiring opportunities
  • Support lead generation and business development effort
  • Manage recruiting workflows and candidate pipelines
  • Provide exceptional communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within company systems
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Attend occasional in-person team workshops in or near DeWitt, Michigan when applicable

Compensation
  • Independent Contractor (1099) position
  • Expected earnings: $26,000–$33,000 annually based on clients served.
